York Region Raw Food Potluck Group

Greetings! Come on out, bring a raw vegan dish, and join us for a raw food potluck! We meet at 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. the last FRIDAY of each month at the Newmarket Community Centre, Hall #1.

You will need to bring your raw creation, a plate or bowl, cup, and utensils. Meet other raw foodists and share ideas! Even if you are currently vegetarian and considering going raw, this potluck will inspire you. PLEASE REMEMBER TO BRING 15 COPIES OF YOUR RECIPE, as many people will want to go home and try your raw creation themselves. In the new year, we are planning on bringing in speakers and professionals in the raw food business for demonstrations. There is a trades table for business cards, books, and other items for sale relating to a healthy lifestyle. We all look forward to seeing you there!
